To complete the protection policy transaction, they would have to input a customer's information twice. As an operator completes the rental form, the protection policy is automatically written at the same time. No additional keystrokes." CARTRACKPRO PROVIDES DAMAGE CLAIM RECOVERY SOFTWARE C arTrackPro's damage claim recovery software program helps rental companies keep track of vehicle damage claims in house. This way, rental companies can clearly communicate the process with their customers and explain the collection process. According to CarTrackPro, the program features customized software, specialized reports (create letters to walk the responsible party through the damage claim recovery process), an hour of complimentary training with a user or program developer and the ability to con- trol the user level (decide how many users will have access to the program).
