Before this interface, Rent-Ware Windows users had to open a rental agreement and then the coverage connection. To complete the protection policy transaction, they would have to input a customer's information twice. "1-Click eliminates the duplicate work," said Jim Schalberg, owner of Jim Schalberg Auto Rental Solutions.  "An operator opens a rental agreement and then clicks the Coverage Connection 1-Click box. As an operator completes the rental form, the protection policy is automatically written at the same time. No additional keystrokes." Provided through Jim Schalberg Auto Rental Solutions, Coverage Connection 1-Click insurance products include renter's collision protection, personal accident protection, personal effects insurance and roadside assistance. CARTRACKPRO PROVIDES DAMAGE CLAIM RECOVERY SOFTWARE C arTrackPro's damage claim recovery software program helps rental companies keep track of vehicle damage claims in house. This way, rental companies can clearly communicate the process with their customers and explain the collection process. According to CarTrackPro, the program features customized software, specialized reports (create letters to walk the responsible party through the damage claim recovery process), an hour of complimentary training with a user or program developer and the ability to con- trol the user level (decide how many users will have access to the program). The new cars+iR mobile app extends cars+ functions onto an iPhone interface. Some mobile features include gaining rental information from a vehicle license plate, recording fuel details, updating status of vehicle, calculating rental charges and emailing rental agreements. By using a smartphone and its Wi-Fi or mobile data service, rental companies can perform these rental process steps instantly — providing a fast and effective vehicle return for customers.
